Which integration should I pick?
For team-wide visibility on incidents, Slack or Microsoft Teams. For mobile push to on-call engineers, Telegram. For wiring Uptrue into PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Datadog, or your own incident management, signed webhooks. Most customers run two or three channels in parallel for redundancy.
Are integrations free?
The Free plan includes email alerts on 3 monitors. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram and signed webhook channels require a Lite plan or higher (Lite is £1/month or £10/year).
Can I send the same alert to multiple channels?
Yes. Attach multiple alert channels to a single monitor — e.g. page engineering on Telegram, post a notice in #ops on Slack, and ping a webhook into PagerDuty all from the same incident.
What about PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Datadog?
Native PagerDuty and Opsgenie integrations are on the V1.5 roadmap. In the meantime, every Uptrue alert can fire as a signed webhook — point that at PagerDuty's generic webhook integration and you have a full integration in 5 minutes.
How does Uptrue prevent alert fatigue across channels?
Two-confirmation detection eliminates 95% of false positives from transient network blips. Smart Digest collapses repeat events for the same incident into a single follow-up email — you get the signal without 50 pages during one outage.
What if my integration endpoint is down when an alert fires?
The dispatch is recorded as failed in the alerts table and the error is logged. Uptrue does not currently retry failed dispatches. Best practice on critical infrastructure: pair every channel with at least one other for redundancy.
